Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hannah & James Dublin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom Products & Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, it is considered a custom-made product and immediately enters production. For this reason, changes to style, size, color, images, or design details are not possible after checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@hannahandjamesdublin.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The original shipping address

  • The updated shipping address

We can modify the shipping address only until the order has been dispatched from our facility.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

To request a replacement, please email us at info@hannahandjamesdublin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item

Once approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped within seven business days.

Damaged or misprinted items must be reported within three (3) months of the original order date. After this period, Hannah & James Dublin is no longer responsible for replacements.


Design, Size & Image Responsibility

Please ensure that all design selections, sizes, colors, and images are correct before completing your order. The exact details submitted at checkout will be printed as provided.

Hannah & James Dublin is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect selections made by the customer, including wrong size, color, or uploaded images.


Product Image Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or device resolution.

If you have any questions regarding product color, material, or sizing, please contact us before purchasing.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we must wait 14 days from the original shipping date to ensure the package is not delivered later. Our customer service team will monitor the shipment and provide updates during this period.


Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within three (3) hours of purchase due to our fast production turnaround. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will receive a full refund.

After the three-hour window, orders are already in production. Because each item is custom-made, a €9 customization fee per item applies. If cancelled after three hours, you will receive a refund minus this customization fee.


Returns

Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving your order. As all items are custom-made, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
